We have always been in love with France in general and the Cannes area in particular. When we decided to make a lifelong dream come true, we found this little gem, close to everything in Cannes. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open kitchen/living room with a quite large balcony on a quiet street with a partial sea view. It is on the third floor and comes with a private garage accessible by elevator.
 
Within a 4-5 minutes walk, you reach the beaches and beach clubs, the charming old town of Cannes as well as the harbor and within a ten-minute walk, you reach the congress area.
 
We completely remodeled the apartment in 2020 and it is furnished with a combination of Swedish and French antiques. The apartment is suitable for rent all year round, with peak seasons ranging from April to October. (In Cannes, our agent Anders will meet up and take care of you.)
