5 minutes by foot from the ocean and the heart of Cannes. Only 30 minutes by car from Nice Côte d'Azur airport.
The bathroom is also completely remodeled in 2020 and both walls and the floor are made out of claystone, for a modern and stylish feeling. Its two windows make it bright and aside from the built-in bathtub, there is also a wall-hanged toilet and a combined washing/drying machine.
The living room, which opens up against the balcony through large glass doors, offers a bright and warm feeling, and thanks to the location on a quiet street with a lot of beautiful trees it is a true gem, just minutes away from the vibrant life downtown.
The second bedroom has a built-in storage rack for clothes and fits a double bed and views over the backyard and a glimpse of the mountains.
Floors are heated during the colder months, (which is included in the fee you pay to the housing cooperative), and an A/C unit provides cool air during the warmer periods.
We have enjoyed the apartment all year round, with both family and friends, and thanks to high-speed internet, it is also a great escape to work from. When we haven't used the apartment, Anders and his team at Destination Cannes, have helped us rent the apartment out, resulting in us enjoying it "for free", as the income from the rent, has covered all costs and even generated a small excess.
